The Settings page is your central hub for managing your organization, billing, API keys, and more. Access it from the sidebar.

Profile

Manage your personal account details:
  • Full Name — Update your display name shown to teammates and in live chat.
  • Profile Picture — Upload an avatar that appears in team presence and live chat.

General / Organization

Update your organization-level settings:
  • Organization Name — The name shown across the dashboard.
  • Contact Email — Primary email for account communications.
  • Billing Email — Separate email for invoices and billing notifications (optional).

Billing & Plans

Current Plan

View your active plan details at a glance:
  • Plan Name — e.g., Starter, Growth, Enterprise.
  • Credits Balance — Remaining AI credits for the current billing cycle.
  • Top-up Credits — Any additional credits purchased outside the plan.
  • Storage Used — How much knowledge base storage you’ve consumed.
  • Monthly Emails Sent — Number of email notifications sent this cycle.
  • Seats — Number of team members included vs. extra seats purchased.

Upgrading

  1. Navigate to SettingsBilling tab.
  2. Compare available plans and their limits.
  3. Click Upgrade on your preferred plan.
  4. Complete the checkout process.

Managing Your Subscription

Click Manage Subscription to access the billing portal where you can:
  • Update payment method.
  • View invoices.
  • Cancel or change plans.
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over unless you have top-up credits.
